Purpose:
-Methodology: Create visibility and consensus in the current state of the Market/Function/Unit. Ability to understand, differentiate and leverage the synergies of the different FI methodologies in the process of identifying improvement opportunities. - > VSA and FI follow-up.
-Training: Ability to create, sustain and work in a continuous improvement culture. Main skills required: Creating a learning environment; Managing Knowledge; Effective communication.
-Create and Manage new Standards: Competence on how to capture and transfer knowledge to reduce outcome variations of an activity/process and the management activities applied to the document (Standard) to secure business results delivery.
-Problem Solving : Ability to address deviations from expected results in a structured and sustainable way and share learning and changes with those affected. Identifying relevant problems; Applying correct Problem Solving methodology; Identifying root causes; Implementing proven solutions; Sustaining solutions.
