DMAIC -> DMAIC Workshop
This training content explains the Knowledge module.

Purpose:
-Understand how to use DMAIC methodology to solve the problem for which causes and solutions are unknown.
-Follow steps involved in DMAIC approach (80% of the manufacturing problems can be addressed through Basic Problem Solving methodology)
-to identify and solve the problem sustainably as a team, with the controls in place
-identifying API (Control measures/ Leading indicators) as per the need of the problem
-develop actions/ Control plans, transfer knowledge and capture it in Standards through Basic Problem Solving activities (BPS) to secure business results delivery.
-Be able to support people in understanding root causes and increase business results' sustainability.
